- Payments for services are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment methods include credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

- A deposit may be required for some services before work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion.

Cancellations and Refunds

- If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed, particularly for custom or specialized work.
